I have been an operating room nurse for the past 11 years, and I’ve always loved the fast paced, team oriented world of surgery. For years, I’ve wanted to take my nursing skills beyond the hospital and be part of a medical mission trip, so I’m incredibly excited to finally have the opportunity!

I’m especially excited to join the OpWalk team in Honduras this January. I’m looking forward to using my OR experience to help others, working alongside an amazing team, and experiencing a new culture. I know this trip will be both rewarding and challenging, and I can’t wait to learn, grow, serve, and hopefully make a difference in the lives of the patients we care for. I’m excited for the adventure and grateful to be apart of such a meaningful experience!
